Workers Comp

Social Security Disability

If you are no longer able to work because of an injury or illness, you may be entitled to Social Security Disability benefits. Social Security Disability is a publicly funded disability insurance program which each person employed in the United States pays for through payroll deduction.

The benefits to which you may be entitled are based upon the amount you paid into Social Security while you were working.
